Bridal Accessories MOQ: Existing Styles and Custom Orders
Updated 12 October 2026
Count pieces per style, not only the total order
MOQ is the minimum quantity accepted for a defined style and order scope. A mixed list of several SKUs is not automatically treated as one style. Identify the SKU, colour, finish, custom changes and quantity on separate lines so the team can check the relevant minimum.

Check a mixed order line by line
The examples below show how to count an order; they are not stock, price or acceptance promises. Confirm each SKU’s actual minimum and variant grouping first.
| Illustrative request | How to read the quantity | Next check |
|---|---|---|
| 3 × HS-J7467G + 3 × WS-J264S = 6 pieces | Two styles with 3 pieces each, not one 6-piece style. | Ask for separate SKU minimums and a quotation for both lines. |
| 2 × HS-J7467G + 4 × WS-J264S = 6 pieces | The same total does not fix a short first line if that SKU’s confirmed minimum is 3. | Ask whether the first line is accepted as a sample or needs a quantity change; do not assume. |
| 250 × custom design A + 250 × custom design B = 500 pieces | 500 mixed pieces is different from the 500-per-style custom reference. | Describe both designs and ask for their development scope and minimums separately. |
Keep product, packaging and timing questions separate
- If the same design is requested in two colours, ask whether those colours can share a minimum. A shared photograph does not establish the grouping.
- List branded packaging quantities separately. Confirm any sample, development or packaging charges before comparing quotations; a product minimum does not settle them.
Three purchasing paths
| Path | Quantity reference | What needs confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Sample evaluation | 1 sample piece | Selected style, fees, availability and sample dispatch date. |
| An existing style | 3 pieces per style | SKU, colour/finish grouping, stock, mixed-style terms and packaging. |
| Custom development | 500 pieces per style | Design scope, material/finish, development work, revisions and packaging quantities. |
Use the SKU record, not a number from another product
The HS-J7467G comb catalogue lists 3 pieces per style. The headband collection containing TS-J2955S instead asks for MOQ confirmation for the selected SKU. The collection cannot inherit the comb’s 3-piece minimum. Older collection-wide quantity figures also do not establish today’s terms for one model.
For example, 8 different styles at 3 pieces each would be 24 pieces in total only if each style is confirmed at that minimum. A request for 24 pieces does not by itself qualify every line. Likewise, 500 pieces spread over several custom designs is not the same as 500 pieces per style.
Why the order scope changes the discussion
- An existing design and a design requiring new development are different requests. Describe the change instead of choosing a minimum based on a photograph.
- A colour, finish or material change may require its own quantity review. Ask how the quotation groups the variants.
- Packaging, artwork or labels may have separate quantity conditions. Product and packaging minimums should be listed separately.
- Quantity does not establish stock, a fixed price or a dispatch commitment. Request unit price, currency, quotation validity and lead-time conditions.
Copy this quantity breakdown into your enquiry
Product URL / SKU: Colour and finish: Existing style or custom changes: Pieces for this exact style: Other styles (one line per SKU): Sample required: Packaging / label requirements: Destination country: Required dispatch date:
For each line, ask the team to confirm the minimum, accepted variant grouping, quoted quantity, unit price, sample charge and dispatch conditions. A complete list is more useful than asking only for the lowest MOQ.
Questions before you order
Can I mix styles to reach the minimum?
Mixed-style acceptance and grouping must be confirmed. The reference is per style, so do not combine unrelated SKUs into one minimum.
Does a larger order guarantee a lower price?
Ask for a quantity-specific quotation. Price breaks, currency and freight are not established by the catalogue.
How do MOQ and lead time relate?
Confirm each separately for the selected order. A minimum quantity does not guarantee stock or the fastest dispatch date.
Choose a product and continue
Open the relevant catalogue record, note the exact SKU and colour, then include them in your enquiry. A gallery collection can contain several different models.
For TS-J2955S and the other models in the headband collection, request the selected SKU’s MOQ and lead time; do not copy HS-J7467G’s terms.
